Weekly Report as Country Representative of India

Hello everyone Greetings!
I am Jyoti one of the CR of India, I have the pleasure to submit my last week's activity report. Last week I was selected again selected as one of the community curators in Team -1, so I would like to thank everyone for that, yesterday we all CRS of India started a new community called hindwhale to support newcomers from India and all over the world, I hope it runs successfully.

My activities

I'm using the 14,371.18 SP I presently have in my wallet to help support other people, I delegated 5K SP to our new community. I have had the chance to read a variety of posts in my capacity as a community administrator, a moderator on numerous committees, a representative of my country, and a community curator. Many posts are valued by me, and I encourage their authors.
I had to read and choose roughly 40posts last week because I had to curate twice for the community. I've got the following CSI report:

Additionally, the administrators and moderators of the communities in which I take part to communicate with you on a daily basis via Telegram and Discord in order to make specific changes to the problems brought up by the community and its members.

Powerup

I've been a member of Steemit for a long time, so I understand the worth of Steem power and power up. It is important for everyone to power up and safeguard their reputation for influence. Powering up is a requirement if you want to consider your promising future on the Steemit platform. You'll become more strong as you collect more power-ups. Similar to this, if you want to build out a successful niche for yourself on the Steemit website, you must constantly develop. As a result, I do power up frequently.

We must be strong in order to stand on this platform, and in order to accomplish so, it is crucial that we power up frequently. today, I performed a 139.463 sp power and maintained #club75.

Promotions and Awareness

I published an awareness piece this week titled let's talk about plagiarism in order to inform newbies and all members about the relevance of copyright and its importance. This is how I see both new and current members energizing and maintaining clubs.

Contests

I have been holding contests and awarding prizes to our users as an admin and moderator in several groups like #steemindia, #steemfoods, and #steemphotos to motivate them. I've been holding contests and awarding prizes frequently up to this point. This week, I also held a contest and awarded 13 steems, and I've now announced a contest using the information provided below.

Earlier today, I announced the winners of Contest #16that I organised last week . I also sent Steems to the contest winners as a prize in their accounts. This week again, I ran the Steem Photos contest#17.

Greeter report

I enjoy assisting those that are new to Steemit the most. I have always provided them with direction, helped them with their questions, and this week I also welcomed new members.

Conclusion

Since this is my seventh report since becoming a CR, I will be aware of importance of the post because I have more responsibilities and am in such a critical position. And moving forward, I'll try my best to encourage and point newbies to this site in the direction of posting high-quality, spam-free, and original content. And I promise to help many more people through our newly created community.
