The day before yesterday was Amavasya, so I went to a temple in our village with my family to worship. It is customary to visit such village temples on the day of Amavasya every month, so this month I went there the day before yesterday and I am going to share my experience about it here.
This temple was about 60 kilometers away from our house. Since it was in typical village, there was agriculture going on all around the temple. I was going to worship at the temple, so I wore a traditional saree. We left home at around 9 in the morning. Since we had to reach the temple by 12 noon, I did not stop the car and said that there was no pain. Similarly, I did not take any photos and went straight to the temple.
When we went, the puja weapons were being performed in the temple. A lot of people had also come. Then after waiting for a while, the puja started. After the aarti and bhajan were over, we worshipped the god and came back. There they gave us tomato rice food as prasad, we recieved and ate it.

There was a nursery on the way. I had been to that nursery many times before. This time I thought about buying some plants from it and visited it. Now that summer has started here, the flowers in that nursery were in full bloom, especially the rose flowers. They were very beautiful to look at. I looked at them one by one and took a picture.
After that, I visited the other plants, each one of them looked better together than the other. They were very beautiful to look at. I stood there admiring everything and took photos. They also had flower pots on displayed on a tree, that could be hung at home . They were very beautiful to look at. I took photos of those too.
After that, we left from there. We saw fields and agricultural lands on both sides of the road. Similarly, at one place, flocks of sheep were grazing on the grass. The sheep were white. Brown. They were very beautiful to look at. They were making noise and were not letting our car pass. Their shepherd came and chased them away and made way for us.
On the way, I saw many trees. One of them was completely covered in fruits. They looked like golden biscuits hanging from them. They looked like golden trees. I was amazed and took a picture of it. There were many such trees.

Similarly, at one place, rows of tamarind trees were growing, providing shade from the sun and a beautiful sight to behold, with its green foliage. I took a picture of them and saved it on my phone.
In other places, there are palm trees all around the edges of the valley, tall palm trees and coconut trees inside them, with the road between the trees on both sides. That journey between them also gave us a different experience.
In some places, the crops were thriving and growing lushly. I saw coconut groves and banana groves. There were rivers and lakes all over the area, which made it easy for the crops to get water. So the crops were thriving and growing. In those areas, I saw crops like rice, bananas, sugarcane, cassava, sunflower, tobacco, and turmeric.
At the same time, in some places, the farmers had already harvested their crops, so they had to look at empty fields, with nothing but bare soil lying around, without any crops.
Thus, my village trip was very wonderful and enjoyable. I hope you also liked the views of my village. Please share your comments with me.
