As a CR from India, I am proud to post my last week's activity report, through this post I wish all Indian Steemians "A Happy Independence Day" as we are celebrating on 15th august 2022.

My activities

This week is fascinating for me because this week I joined the Triple Dolphin Club, Now I have 15315 SP in my wallet, and through this, I hope to be able to help others. It is very important for everyone to be active on steemit, as there are engagement contests running in our community, I have been involved in verifying reading, articles and giving them comments and feedback, moreover, I used my VP by voting on them.

Apart from that, daily I am preparing my own articles and posting them in different communities and not only reading the gaps in those communities but also giving them appropriate feedback. Here is my CSI report:

Also, I do interact with our community members, admin, and moderators through Discord and Telegram channels, by this discussion, we plan promotions, and targets and troubleshoot the issues.

Powerup

It is very important that we have steempower on this platform, whether we want to help others or develop ourselves, this steempower helps us. That's why I do powerup so often, last week I did powerup four times, and accordingly 105.893 steems were added to my SP

Steemit Promotions

I have been posting tutorial videos to help newbies who joined steemit which has step-by-step tutorials and accordingly I posted two videos last week, this is my second video. STEEMIT TUTORIAL-2 in thois videso I have explained in detail about how to join communities and start posting.

Although this is my third videoSTEEMIT TUTORIAL -3 in this video I have explained about how to make post tidy with the usage of markdowns. I hope the beginners of steemit will get benefit from these short videos.

Since it is my first week, I tried to greet new users, and I have given them guidance through messages in the comment section of their achievements posts and hope they will contact me for further help.

Contests

As an admin of the #steemphotos community and a MOD of #steemindia, and #steemfoods communities, I have organized many contests in those communities. In the #Steemindia community, we have been organizing engagement contests for the last 4 weeks and I have been involved in verifying users' posts every day and giving them feedback and votes.

Last week I organized [Contest #10](https://steemit.com/hive-190926/@jyoti-thelight/burnsteem25-or-or-see photos-contest-10-winner-announcement) and distributed steems from my wallet as a prize to the winners. This week I organized and run a successful contest Steem Photos contest#11 in our #Steemphotos community.

Booming Support Recommended Posts

Our #Steemindia community has been selected for booming support, for that, we have to select 4 best writers daily to get booming support, every day one of the moderators is assigned to select them, so this week three times I have got a chance and selected the best writers to get booming support, and the here are the lists:

Conclusion

While it is an honor to hold this high position of CR on this great platform, I realize that it also comes with a lot of responsibility. So take this oath that I will help and encourage all the newcomers on this site, and guide them to become good authors. In the near future, I aim to bring awareness about steemit in our country, post videos about it, and publish it on social media such as Twitter, FB, Instagram, YouTube, etc. We expect that new people will visit and join our steemit.
