Hi friends, I hope you are all well and safe.

I am Jyoti from India, one of the Steem Representative. Here I'm going to submit my 3rd week report From 23 April 2024 to 29 April 2024.

I hope I did my job well last week as an admin of a community and a member of Team One Community Curator. In addition to organized contests, engaged in booming selection duties and did supervision in my community, I consulted with members and our community team on Discord and Telegram.

Also, I worked as a community curator for two days and curated about 43 posts through sc04 account. And I have given reward for 10 best commands. Also I have selected and nominated two best articles for the week.

Last week was very busy and productive for me and I have submitted about 13 posts out of which two posts have contest and result announcement. I have given the details of some more posts below:

Participated in SEC .

I am usually very interested in participating in engagement contests and I participate in at least four to six contests each week. Last week I participated in 4 SEC17 WEEK3 contets and posted in respective comminities. I also participated in SEC17 WEEK4 and posted a post. I would like to show one of them here as a sample: SEC17 WK:#3: large and small families, likes and dislikes

Participated in Diarygame .

Last week I posted two diary game stories. One of them was chosen as the best post of the week by the curators and given me a reward. In that post I posted my daily activities.

Contests.

Last week I organise 39th week power up contest in our hindwhale community. The contest is running very successfully so far about 10 people have posted their power profiles and I am doing these contests regularly, and about 5K SPs each are generated by it.

Also last week I organized another "Food Diary Game Contest". This contest is also running successfully. I am also conducting these contests every week. I expect more people to participate in the coming weeks. I am encouraging the participating winners and the best posts by giving booming support.

Last week, I posted Winner anouncement post in which the winners of the two contests held the previous week. In that post I posted the details of all the participants and the winner. Booming support was given to the winners. Many people have benefited by participating in it.

Booming selection report.

As the administrator of our #HINDWHALE community and in charge of its Booming selection work, I collated the posts we made to support from the booming throughout the week and presented them as a report at the end of the week. This week, six people per day have suported and 42 posts in total, some of those were winners of the various conetests organised in our community . Conclusion.

As a Steem Representative, I am well aware of the importance of the job and the obligations that come with it. I shall do my obligations in accordance with the Steemit rules and regulations. And similarly, I will continue to strive to create a steemit community that is a healthy, strong and transperrant.
