I am glad you are asking for my personal opinion, I think you should decide for yourself. But If you are asking me, it looks like a promising ICO and a good platform and product. Investing in ICO's can be a very profitable source of income, but it can also be a waste of time and money you never know what will happen for certain. You should definitely do your own research on every ICO you plan to invest in, since I have done my research on this coin my personal decision was to participate into the Pre ICO with 1 ETH in order to get 50% StraterCoin bonus and the 2 years of subscription to the CoinStarter box. If it works out like planned I will pay out my invest when CoinStarter gets listed to the exchanges and then I will have the 2 years of free subscription to the CoinStarter box which will pay out about $300 worth of new coins every month which will result in a total of $7200 over the course of two years. I will see how this all will work out but I am pretty confident that my 1 ETH that I have invested will turn out to get me some nice profits.
