Hi... Steemit´s Friends...
Today I am participating on the weekly contest hosted by @sndbox and @creativecrypto.
This week theme is the Celebration of a full-scale exhibition in New York City, Called the Crypto Renaissance.

Skyscrapers, Cryptocurrencies and Tunnel , 2018

I think no other artistic movement could do it better, the remembrance of the most progressives art movement that and one of the most important cities of the world, which also would be the hosted of such important event… that will lead us to the next stage of economic evolution.

Inspiration:

Skyscrapers and Tunnel 1930
For this opportunity, my inspiration was the design made by Fortunato Depero (March 30, 1892 – November 29, 1960) on 1930, under the Futurism Painting Style.

I maintained all the principal elements, and added the Sandbox and Steem logos, taking the picture direct to the 2018.

Futurism

This movement sought to break with tradition, the past and the conventional signs that art history considered poetry, courage.
He had as postulates: the exaltation of the sensual, the national and the warrior, the worship of the machine, the portrait of reality in movement, the objective of the literary and the special disposition of the written, in order to give it a plastic expression.

Process

First, I started on the background of the city, and some elements of the underground of the painting.

Them on another file, I started to made the letters of “the crypto renaissance”, on the style of pipes lines, taking part of the tunnels of the city.
