The Heart of the Fisherman of Souls
The evangelist asked: "And what are you waiting to save that woman?"
The leader replied: "Every time we meet, we pray with great faith for their salvation."
"Well," the evangelist replied, "but that woman will go to hell while they pray for her. Have you never been to visit her? Have you never been told about your salvation? Have you not taken the Gospel to your home yet? "
The Philosophy of "messenger"
We have made God a simple messenger. We have forgotten that He is the General Manager!
We are dedicated to asking him to do all the good things that we should do, such as visiting the poor and the needy, going to console the sad; bless and give to the one who does not have, to comfort the prisoner; hold the weak, testify to sinners.
We want the Lord to do all those things while we pray. What a convenient religion we have invented!
Allow me to ask you a question: Could you tell me only one thing that the Lord Jesus Christ can do in your community without having one person to work with?
When God visited man to manifest Himself, He came in one body, in human flesh Jesus Christ was God incarnate.
They killed him; but, He returned in the form of the Holy Spirit to dwell in us, to make us His temple (1 Corinthians 6:19).

Source
Today, you and I are His Temple.
You are the church, the Christ body today. You are the body of Christ in your community.
Christ ministers today through His body just as He did 1,900 years ago in His human body. Today His body is the Church; and the Church is me, My body, you, your body. We are His Temple.
I am the church, I am the body of Christ.
You are the Church. You are the body of Christ.
Because we are a member of his body, of his flesh and bones (Ephesians 5:30).
Christ can not manifest himself except through the Church, His body. And this is you and me! It is not our denomination, but the church. The body of Christ is you and me, if you are a true Christian.
When he is before God, he will have to render an account of all his acts (and those he stopped doing). No one will be judged in light of what his particular church did as a spiritual body. God will not call the whole assembly to judge it as a unit. Your congregation will not be judged for what it did (or failed to do) as a "group" of the body of Christ.
You can not say, "Lord, the pastor will speak for me. I am a faithful member of the Church. We all work as a team and that's why I can not answer individually. " As far as God is concerned, you personally are the Church; you are the body of Christ.
Generally speaking of the Church, of the body of Christ, we refer to it as the union of believers, the spiritual community of the elect. This is true; but like all truth, if it does not become personal, it will be a loss.
We have always considered the body of Christ in a general way, collectively and not from a personal point of view. Salvation is personal. Christ dwells in us individually.
The great mystery that had been hidden from the ages and ages, but now has been manifested to His saints is Christ in you (Colossians 1:26, 27).
Christ needs a human body through which to minister. And who can it be, you and me. We are the Church, His body, His temple.
But this does not imply that we ignore the body of Christ as a "group," constituted by all true believers. But rather, that both you and I, be aware that Jesus Christ was born in us and that we are now His body. It would be more appropriate to say, we are members of his body and that is the way it is (1 Corinthians 12:27).
However, this popular concept of being "members" has somehow been distorted.
Christians today facilitate things in their churches, leaving the ministry to the traditional "community of believers." And saying to himself "The church, the Sunday school, the missionary group of ladies, the organization of gentlemen, the youth movement, they will do it". Church members like to know that their church is doing work and are willing to pay for it, as long as a member does the work.
But, Christianity is something very personal. If Christ has come to dwell in you, because it is His body, that is, what concerns you. And the Lord dwells in you because his desire is to minister through you.
He has to minister through his body in order to reach his community. The essence of your Christian experience is: "Christ in you". When the Lord was in Nazareth, He could not perform any miracles, because of their unbelief (Mark 6: 5, 6).
His ministry was limited, because he did not find people of faith. If today we are not available as instruments for Him to live and speak, we are limiting His ministry.
It was true in his days "When you leave your child alone with another person, whether adult or adolescent, make sure they can be observed" but glory be unto his name that he has open up everything to us.
Jesus Christ never tired of fishing for lost soul.
As a Christian, we are commission to be a fisherman of soul.
he who has the love of the father in heart and willing to do the will of the father, having commanded to out and preach the gospel ought to take it as a responsibility to fish for lost soul out there and bring them to Christ.
Wonderful writ up
I agree with you on this
Christ can not manifest himself except through the Church, His body. And this is you and me! It is not our denomination, but the church. The body of Christ is you and me, if you are a true Christian.
We need to associate our self to a congregassion and a place of worship.
We doing just see his face by siting on the floor .
We are his childreen and he know the best and what we truelly deserve most.
We should extend our live to christ because he is always there to save us from all our weakness hr is the alpha and the omega .
Cone to him any time you have sinned and fine contrary to his will .
He is always ready to accept you any time.
He is never disappoint those who trust in him.
The lord christ is our salvation and he is every thing yo us .
You may have came in an encounter with the evil one but his mercies and kind heart will always be with you .
Make time for him to do all he desires from us
The Greatest Call
I am a fisher of souls because the Lord Jesus Christ was! The Bible says: Faithful and worthy word to be received by all
What will be this important word?
That Christ came into the world to save sinners (1 Timothy 1:15)
Luke 19:10 says: Because the Son of Man came to seek and to save what was lost.
The Lord came to save sinners! That was His mission.
Jesus Christ was a fisherman of souls, the first and last, the greatest Fisher of souls that the world has ever known!
The first group that the Lord chose to follow him received this challenge: Follow me and I will make you fishers of men (Matthew 4:19).
The last group that followed him until his ascension, received this commandment: "You will be my witnesses to the world. Go and make disciples of all nations. " Matthew 28: 18-20; Mark 16:15; Acts 1: 8
Being a Christian means being "like Christ" and being like Christ is being a fisher of souls.
Is this the reason why the Church is not fulfilling the spiritual needs of this generation?
Is the Church no longer a fisherman body of souls?
As a congregation, it is not; but, since you are the Church, the body of Christ on earth; He can allow Him to win souls through him. You can be a determining factor in helping to meet the spiritual need of this generation.
The Lord took his message to sinners. He went wherever they were, to the market squares, to the corners, to the foot of the mountains, to the beaches and to the homes.
Religious leaders criticized him for doing this. "This man receives sinners and eats with them" (Luke 15: 2). "How terrible is the religion without life"!

Staying with a high faith is an arduous task, faith is worked, as the book of James says, faith is directly linked to works, which you do with faith but without works. The imporatante is to stand firm in the hope that Jesus will fulfill his mission with us
This message just reminded me of the work that must be done by me as a Christian. I am a body of Christ, He dwells within me, so have to minister with my body
