Sharing my general knowledge
Retina is the most sensitive part of the human eye
Its makes a connection to the brain through optic nerve Retina Is located at the back of the eye
It is a thin layer of tissues which contain million of light sensitive cells known as photoreceptors
There are two types of photoreceptors
RODS
.rods are very sensitive to light they allow us to see in low light conditions but they don't detect colors
CONES
cones can work best in bright light
they can detect colour
Due to the ability to detect light and convert it into signals retina is the most sensitive part of the eye..
