SFS Contest Week 11 | Skincare Ingredient [Turmeric]
Following are the benefits of turmeric for skin and hair care. Turmeric have antibodies which are benefial for our skin and hair. Turmeric heal our wounds easily or within days. Turmeric have vitamins which can heal our skin colour and remove dark spots and clean face .
Using turmeric , in hair It repair splits and damage hair. We can use turmeric in yougart and then apply on hair . It will make hair shinny and smooth .
And for skin use with honey or yougart and lemon etc
Turmeric is mostly used for skin glow and acne removel .
Now I'm sharing homemade remedy by using turmeric for skin glow and hair growth which I use in my daily routine.I use one teaspoon of honey , two tablespoons of yougart and one teaspoon of turmeric and mixx it well and then apply on face and wash face with clean water after 15 to 20 mints.
After applying this mask my skin glows and reduce acne and feel my face smooth and refreshed.
And for my hair growth I use turmeric in milk and drink daily. I use hair mask adding turmeric and yougart and oil and then apply on my hair and leave for 2 hours and then washed it has made my hair shinny and strong. Everyone should use in daily routine. It have many benefitial affects on our body .
It not just for skin or hair care it can cure every type of wounds.Turmeric has magic in itself.
