Followings are the benefits of gram flour. First of all we need to know what is gram flour, it's Also called basen. that is most suitable and beneficial thing for our skin specially for face. If we use this gram flour on our skin it will heal against germs impurities. It will glow our skin. It will remove excess oil. It will help to remove acne and acne marks and also gives us fresh feeling. Mostly homemade things works slowly but if we use it daily base . I will work 100 percent. And if we talk about to apply this on hair It has a lot of benefits. It clear our head from dandruff. And when we apply basen on scalm and wash after one hour, hair becomes smooth and shinny. Hair start to grow from roots and many impurities also removed.It takes time to do benefits.
Now I will tell you about one homemade remedy using ingredients gram flour, yougart , and honey. These three ingredients also available easily at home. So first of all take 2 tablespoon of gram flour, 1 tablespoon of yougart and 1 tablespoon of honey and then mix all these ingredients. After mixing smooth mixture will ready to use. Now clean your face and apply on face avoiding eye area. And leave the face for 15 to 20 mints And then wasg your hand with plane water. Use this mask 2 or 3 times in a week and then you will see magic. Your skin will glow like glass. And on hair only two ingredients are important first is gram flour and second is yogurt.
