After that, I went to the beauty salon to get my hair cut. It took me 30 minutes to get my Honda Prider hair cut on my bike. We reached the Kothi stop ten minutes after our arrival, our van left there and in exactly two hours we reached Okara University and as soon as we left, the first lecture of the class was on endocrine, which is taught by Dr. Saleem.Then today we had a presentation of an informatics subject. For some time, all the members of the group did a group study so that we could improve our presentation by discussing with each other. For this process, the first thing to do is to open the home page of NCBI on google, take a screenshot and the option of upper all database will come, by clicking on it, I will write the nucleotide and at the same time there is an option of search. Above, we will write the name of any gene, for example, TP53, it has to be searched and when we did the search, its related articles were ahead. We will take a screenshot and then read it, what are the things mentioned in it, the article will be opened, if the comment section option is given in it, then it is not good, then someone else will open the article, which we have opened the article. Under it, there will be a sequence of nucleotides, which is called fasta sequence, it will be given, that is, it contains adenine, guanine, and cytosine. After copying them, it will be said that this nucleotide will be the sequence of the gene if we want to take a protein.So, in the same way, we can find out the sequence of the protein gene in the same way as we can find out the sequence of the gene of nucleotide. We had to look at the locus of genes in nucleotide etc. For an hour we did group study and it helped a lot.

All the lectures ended at exactly five o'clock and today there were four lectures, bio informatics, endocrine, molecular biology, and palaeontology. Each lecture was 45 minutes and there was no break during the lecture. So there was a lot of wind outside the class and I see that after five minutes there was a very strong wind and light rain was also falling and I have shared the picture below. Then by 6:30 all the children gathered in the van. It started to happen and around 7 o'clock we left here and it took about 2 hours to reach haveli lakha at 9 o'clock we reached home and as soon as we came I washed my face and took dinner and went to bed i.e. bed rest. That's how it was. Today has been a very busy day for me.
