CURIOSITIES - Are you going to continue Abigail?
There is no Venezuelan who has not used the expression "are you going to follow Abigail?" and the vast majority do not know where that expression originated, maybe if we ask our grandparents or parents they are able to explain.
In the 80's era a telenovela called "Abigail" starring Fernando Carrillo and Catherine Fullop was broadcast, this telenovela lasted a lot of time on the air, so it became boring and monotonous.
This phrase expresses annoyance at something insistent or that lasts longer than necessary.
