Backstory:
As a content creator sometimes I'll buy a cryprocurrency for demonstration purposes. Back in May 2017 I made a how to video for Ledger and XRP. I got about $90.00 worth of Ripple at $0.03 to use in my video. Well, I forgot to trade back for btc...
Fast forward to today... XRP is going for almost $3.00 That's 10,000% in a year.
Naturally I remember I made a video on this coin and decided to investigate. Since I never cared for XRP I deleted that Ripple wallet off my Ledger Blue. This delayed my ability to dump @ over $3.00 when I first realized I was holding 3,000 XRP... I sold for $2.73, as soon as I could.
If you think about it... I probably lost $ not hold that $90 in btc instead of XRP. I lost BCH and BTG dividends... Only in Crypto can we make 10,000% and still lost money. Lesson is just buy and hodl BTC.
