Hello dear Steamians, happy day to all of you, especially to the new community in which I have just joined Steem Women Club. Today I want to join this initiative, because I like to take care of myself and especially with natural products, which are always beneficial, if we use them carefully and without excesses.

Hoy quiero unirme esta iniciativa, debido a que me gusta cuidarme y sobre todo con productos naturales, que siempre resultan beneficiosos, si los usamos con cuidado y sin excesos.

✽ Apple Cider Vinegar for Hair Care 💇 ✽

The first thing we have to do is to acquire apple cider vinegar in any supermarket or store. Then we will take an atomizer, to facilitate its application and we will mix, in equal parts, drinking water with apple cider vinegar. I recommend that before buying the vinegar you check the components of the vinegar on its label, to verify that you are buying a product without other substances or chemicals, only its pure composition.

Lo primero que tenemos que hacer es adquirir el vinagre de manzana en cualquier supermercado o tienda. Luego tomaremos un atomizador, para facilitar su aplicación y mezclaremos, en partes iguales, agua potable con vinagre de manzana.
