Corona Virus Lockdown And Keeping Spirits High With The Splinterlands Game – Day 42
I stayed at home all day today, I tried walking around my compound, flex my body a bit, what the plants and the trees and just chill for sometime in a relaxing environment. I was actually forced outside the house because the power supply from the National grid had gone off and my intention was to use the fuel I had in reserve at night if the national power supply doesn’t come back on.
Unfortunately, the heat inside the house became so unbearable that one had to step out and receive some fresh air under the shade of the trees.
I got the Water splinter today and I must say I am getting used to it because today is the third day in a row that I am doing my daily quest with the water splinter. Unlike yesterday, I was able to win some good battles and gain more points than I did yesterday. So, I have a chance to look at getting into the next league if I don’t bump into those stiff neck guys that make life difficult for me at the battle field. Lol.
Rewards day 191
It was a fairly good reward day today because I got an Orb, other than the Orb it was like same old stuff with some Common cards, some Legendary and some Alchemy potions and a bunch of DECs.
The Orb opening was full of excitement with the lightening stuff but at the end of the day it was a no show. Lol. Just one Rare card and four Common cards and as they say, half bread is better than none.
