Our country gets a lot of sunlight in summer. Many peoples may hot feel in the sunlight. But many peoples are waiting to see a little sunlight in winter. But many of us do not understand the need for it. However, sunlight sometimes causes some damages to the human body. The human body needs a lot of sunlight.
Helps to make vitamin D
When it comes to sunlight, vitamin D comes first. You have to spend money to get most of vitamins in the body. That's you have to eat a variety of foods, then you will get a supply of vitamins in the body. But you will get a vitamin D for free if you go out in regular sunlight. Foods rarely meet the body's vitamin D needs. These magic pills are essential for the human body and without sunlight the human body cannot produce vitamin D.
It's like a cycle. There is a type of cholesterol under human skin. When exposed to light of sunshine, it makes to vitamin D. Vitamin D helps the use of calcium by making it. Calcium is needed to protect the bones, teeth and nails. This process begins with the skin's contact with sunlight.
Vitamin D boost immunity and helps the body fight infection. If this is not enough, the disease can cause rickets in children. Diseases that weak the bones in the elderly help Osteomalacia.
The same vitamin regulates phosphate.
Now a days people in the city work and stay in the office all day, Boy's and Grils stay in the college coaching. They don't have the opportunity to play on the field like before. To get the vitamin D that is so useful, you must go to the sun regularly.
Sunlight effect on human body harm:
There is no much damage to sunlight. However, if the skin color is change for a long time, the skin burns. According to the NHS, Human Health organization of the Pakistan. Sunlight contain ultraviolet light or ultraviolet radiations. These radiations cause human skin cancer if exposed to much sunlight for too long.
When and for how long in sunlight:
Sunlight works fast at the beginning of the day. Then your shadow is smaller than you. Ten to fifteen minutes a day is enough in summer.
But how long it will depends on what clothes you are wearing. If you wear more covered clothes you have to stay longer so up to thirty minutes in the Winter.
