Sharin 舎鈴

I went to Sharin, a ramen shop in Akabane station. This is Rokurinsya's sister shop.

赤羽の駅中にあるラーメン屋舎鈴に行ってきました。
ここは六厘舎系列のお店です。

The inside of the shop is an all-seat counter.

店内は全席カウンターになってます。

I ordered Tsukemen.

注文したのはつけ麺並

It is a shop that has the theme of delicious tsukemen which can be everyday.
Soup is delicious with soup stock of animal and fishery system.
I was surprised that it was now possible to eat this level of ramen in the station.

I was eating with a suit but the soup bounced and stuck to the Y shirt.
A clerk who saw it gave me sheets for spot removal.
I am really happy about these attentions. It is a very good impression.

There are other TOKYO Tonkotsu BASE of Hakata Ippudo series at Akabane Station.
Speaking of the station, it was a standing eating soba shop, but now there are more delicious ramen shop like this.

毎日食べられる美味しいつけ麺をテーマにしているというお店です。
濃厚で有名な六厘舎と比べるとあっさりとしていますね。
それでもスープは動物系と魚介系で深みがあって美味しいです。
今は駅中でこのレベルのらーめんを食べられるようになったんだなと驚きでした。

スーツで食べてたのですがスープが跳ねてYシャツに付いてしまいました。
それを見た店員さんがすかさずシミ抜きのシートをくれました。
こういった気配りは本当に嬉しいですね。とっても好印象です。

赤羽駅には他にも博多一風堂系列のTOKYO豚骨BASEがあります。
駅といえば立ち食いそば屋でしたが今はこのように美味しいラーメン屋さんが増えました。
