Have you ever had the problem of going to the hospital to do a bunch of tests only to have that same ailment later again and when you go to another hospital they will have to run all those tests again because they do not have the information from the previous hospital. This is essentially a waste of time, energy and money and money for everybody. Medical institutions often have conflicting diagnosis due to different factors. But one of the major factors affecting productivity and health administration has always been lack of prior information.

Data pertaining to health care services and Medical practice is mostly centralized because such data can be restricted bt law or by medical bodies.

A BLOCKCHAIN THAT EMPOWERS PATIENTS

MediBloc is a blockchain-based health careecosystem. With the Advent of this new blockchain, medical data is made accessible to everybody; medical personnel and patients alike, thereby putting back the power of control in the hands of the patients.

USE CASE

John goes to the local hospital treatment for a certain type of ailment. He is diagnosed and treated accordingly but John does not finish his medication, so in five months time, when he has moved to another town, thesame ailment reoccurs. He goes to a different clinic in his new neighbourhood and is asked to carry out thesame tests and scans he had done before, but John tells the management about MediBloc and how they can get his previous medical records. John is finally treated and time is saved.
