The time has come for us to learn the importance of keeping in shape with the changes that deals with life daily.

No one can stay sane without following through with life's changes and the per chance incidences that makes life either sweet or sour.
Really understanding that we should see it as it is, either dreams, visions or dry thoughts makes it a must for the advancement of the human race.
When we happen on certain incidences, we always look for someone to blame forgetting that, we are first the ones who makes the world hard to live in.
Humanity forgets so easily that, to remember, so much memories are sacrificed, blood spilled, sweat given cheaply or expensively and guts maintained or lost.
We must exercise our minds by constantly keeping it in shape for the daily rigors, challenges and tasks.
I see to many people getting responsibly busy with exercising their body while they irresponsibly leave out their minds, thereby leaving it to decay.
The big reveal is upon us and until we set our sights towards it, we cannot appreciate it because, we will keep celebrating the fails instead of the coming win.
We sure must exercise our minds by constantly and keeping it in shape. The more we puts lots of worries on ourselves, the more depressed and distracted we'll be.
