A Day at the Cricket ๐๐
Yesterday i spent the day with my Cousin at the Cricket which was a great day out, there was two games each being T20's with the first game being the Central Hinds๐บ versus the Wellington Blaze๐บ.
The first game started at 12.40pm under sunny skies with a half decent crowd in attendance, the second game started at 5.30pm which was the Central Stags ๐นversus the Wellington Firebirds ๐น
The Central Mascot was out in force all day over both games, i was thinking it would have been super hot in that costume especially when the sun was beating down โ๏ธ
We sat on the grassed embankment and got a really good view of the game, had a blanket to sit on and some pillows for our arses :)
We had some hot chips and a few bottles of water to keep us hydrated and later on we got some Beers & Donuts which were yum!
The second game finished at 7.30pm, a little earlier as the home side took Wellington wickets preventing them from reaching the total of 195.
We came home and had a BBQ with leftover Ham and sausages from Christmas, after that we just relaxed and watched some TV.
This was my day at the cricket ๐๐

That costume would have make me faint with the weather in my country.

Yeah i have done a bit of wearing Mascot costumes back in the day, i would hope they have a fan inside and are changing the people.

Somebody get the Central Mascot a camel pack or at least a bottle of water. How hot is it there this time of year?
