Free plant Ribs for Dinner

in #steem6 days ago

This week i have been working in Distribution center about 15 minutes drive from home which is rather nice, 6am starts which i like - get in collect the data i need then drive home.

My neighbor across the road is going to be renting her house out and has been packing up for the last week, when i got home today i spotted this plant sitting by the curb almost as if to say this is free.

So i went across and said hello and enquired about the plant, she said take which i did as there nothing like free stuff LOL.

I am not even sure what it is... but it looks cool, suppose i should read the label LOL

For dinner tonight we are going to be having these Ribs which i picked up at the supermarket after work, i do like Ribs and these have excellent reviews so i thought why not.

They have already been slow cooked and just require heating so super easy and i hope they are nice.

¡Has tenido un gran hallazgo!

Thanks, the ribs were very yummy and i expected cat to be hanging around but he wasn't LOL

Have a good day

¡Muchas gracias por el apoyo!

¡Saludos y feliz día..!

Love a freebie, that’s exactly what I would have done 🪴

This is a corn plant, rather exotic I would say. It’s native to Africa. It even flowers! Then once it’s in bloom the flowers are very fragrant at night.

See if you get it to flower 🙌

Thank you for the plant identification my friend, nothing like a freebie :)

Have a good week over there.

Not bad so far, was meant to work from home but the public transport strike here in London got called off so here I am commuting daily again.

Thank you very much for that :)
