Busy at work, lazy on the couch
It's Monday and everyday life has me back. The work passed quickly but I am very exhausted. That's why today it stays with the normal steps without sports, because I let the day end on the couch.

Es ist Montag und der Alltag hat mich wieder. Die Arbeit ging schnell vorbei aber ich bin sehr erschöpft. Daher bleibt es heute bei den normalen Schritten ohne Sport, da ich den Tag auf der Couch ausklingen lassen habe.
