Resuming a paused download progress starts downloading from the beginning.
Expected behavior
I expected that if I paused a download and resumed, it'll continue from the paused progress.
Actual behavior
When I pause a download and resume it, it starts downloading from the beginning.
How to reproduce
- download the browser
- launch the browser and allow all the apps permissions.
- visit any website to download any file
- check the download list to see active downloads and downloaded files.
- press and hold the active download for options
- use the pause option
- after the download has paused, resume it and the paused progress is cancelled and download starts from the beginning.
- Device: Tecno Camon CM
- Operating system: Android 7.0
- Software Version: 4.1.0
