As someone who eats fish 3 days a week, any fish that is in season and fresh is good. as long as you know how to inflate it well. Among the fish available, a freshly grilled bluefish, rock bass, turbot or sea bream; A yellow wing or red mullet deep-fried in a pan is on my list of the most delicious fish.
