CLUB100 || THE DIARY GAME || 28-07-2022_ MY THURSDAY ACTIVITIES
Good day everyone hope you are doing well by the grace of God. Is another wonderful time the Lord has made and you will rejoice and be glad in it. It's another beautiful day to share with you my activities. Had a very hectic day. But I thank God that the day ended peacefully without any troubles whatsoever.
I stated the day by travelling from Beposo to Effiduase to attend to a very urgent call. Because of this trip I had to wake up very early in the morning to make preparations so that I could return early enough and attend to my school duties. I set off for this trip at Exactly 6:05 a.m. and God being so good I was able to get to Effiduase at 10: 00a.m. I quickly took a tricycle to my destination and had a very fruitful discussion with Mr amponsah the man who invited me for this trip.

I was able to return to Beposo and to my place of work very when it was 10:00 a.m. When i got to the school my School Improvement Support Officer had assembled other colleague headteachers to sign a Performance contract between Head teacher and the District Director of Education on Improving Learning OutcomesSigning Performance Contract with SISO
The Performance Contract
After everything was said and done I returned to my office to continue with the typing of pupil's name onto an Excel sheet that has been provided and to be forwarded to the Director General of Education's office at Accra. Even though I could not finish typing all the names I was ok with what I had been able to type and the rest of the names would be typed tomorrow God willing.

Through discussion each Headteacher understood every bit of the contract before signing. This scrutiny was because we did not want to end up signing anything. There were a lot of questions for the directors representative to answer but at the end of the day peace prevailed and everybody was made to understand that the contract is for improving learning outcomes and nothing more. The Headteachers around pledged their commitment to ensure that desired outcomes are achieved in their various schools.
