Choose Happiness

Whatever life brings us we always have a choice. We can choose on how we react on every situation or circumstances brings us. Sometimes are reaction seems automatic but still when we just pause a while, we know we have choices.

Here is some thought in choosing happiness..

Be at the moment

Being at the moment and focusing on what you are doing right now can greatly improve your mindset. You realize you have choices on how to deal in every situation.

Forgive

In times when someone hurts you, forgiveness not only take away the pain but also help you to move on and be a better person and happy all along.

Respect to others

Conflicts and disagreement can easily manage if we consider having respect not only for ourselves but also to the ideas and ways of others. Someone can be easily become mean to others, but you can choose the right words and actions with full of respect and in a polite manner.

Balance your dreams

We all seeking and want happiness in life. Nature always adjusting to the wants and dreams of man, but man always want better things. In order to fulfill man's dreams whether it is money or prestige, nature want a sacrifice, and it is more likely it is your time, effort and your happiness. By balancing your dreams and wants, one can live happily without too much sacrificing it.

And lastly... just let it be.

It feels joy just watching the world pass by, without any judgement or thoughts. You are in the state of trust. Trusting nature that everything just gonna be fine. Like there's always sunrise and sunset. Problems of man are too small compare to the vast universe holding life and reality of what our senses conceive.
