Good sleep 🛌
I would like to start from our sleeping habits. A good sleep has great importance for a sound mind. Our brain works very hard in comparison to our other organs. It also uses more oxygenated blood than other organs. As it does hard work, it needs proper timing for rest as well.

When there was no electricity and other technologies, people used to sleep early at night. Now a days we are surrounded with many gadgets and they keep us busy more than normal unnecessarily. This habit deprives us from a good sleep. When we sleep for around 8 hours our body organs rest and our body heals inside. When we don't take proper sleep our body couldn't heal it properly and we start getting sick frequently. That's why we need a good sleep. Quality of sleep decides our mood. It also aids in healthy thoughts and taking wise decisions.

Early bird and habit of exercising 🏋ī¸

If we sleep early at night, we get up early too. We feel energetic in the morning following this habit. After getting fresh we should warm up a little and gradually start other exercises. If we spent at least half an hour doing exercise, we live a healthy life. Exercise causes sweating and it helps to get a healthy skin. Pores of our skin are open and they get fresh oxygen all through the body. Our face becomes more brighter and our confidence level increases due to release of good harmones.

Benefits of a good diet đŸĨ—

After doing exercise our cells dies and new cells grow. For growth of the new cells, we need nutrients like protein, carbs, fat, fiber and vitamins also. And to get them all we need to have a good diet. In breakfast we must include green vegetables or fruits. Adding sprouted grains enhances the taste and benefits of the diet. But before diet we need plenty of water to drink just after doing rest. Water keeps our body hydrated and we feel active the whole day.

A healthy social life đŸ‘Ŧ

For a quality of life we need to be social and creative. We should manage some time for our family members, friends and other members of the society. We must spent quality time with group of our family members. Having chat and cracking jokes is healthy for our mental well being and also for being creative.
Out of our home, we must spent time with our friends and should have a healthy conversation. It helps in balance of moods and also it enhances the strength our relationship with others. It helps us when we are facing problems. We must help others in need and return we also get the same when we need help.
