How to increase immunity

Symptoms of a weakened immune system:
fast fatiguability;

The next stage - endless "sores" - different viruses and infections. Herpes on the lips means that the body has a failure and you need to take urgent measures. The last stage is a whole set of chronic diseases and complications. The question arises as to how to raise immunity and improve one's health.

Risk groups
It is noted that most often a sharp reduction in immunity occurs under stress and overloading of the system. Therefore, there are people at risk, whose professions are connected with it in one way or another. These are cosmonauts, pilots, businessmen, professional athletes, demolitionists and so on.

Newborns and infants have a very imperfect immunity, so breastfeeding and prevention of dysbacteriosis play an important role in protecting a child aged 6 to 12 months.

The elderly are also at risk.

If you want to be healthy, change your lifestyle. Stress is the main enemy of immunity so do not be nervous. Try to get as many positive emotions as possible. But to begin strengthening immunity it is necessary, of course, with food.

The most important for the immune system are vitamins A, B5, C, D, F, PP;
Almost all vegetable food, especially yellow and red color (carrots, red pepper, melon, tomatoes, pumpkin) contains beta-carotene, which is converted into vitamin A in the body. Vitamin A and carotenes are responsible for the strength of the immune response to antigen invasion; in addition, they are able to some extent to protect against cancer.

The main source of vitamin C is familiar to everybody - black currant, dog rose, citrus, sea buckthorn, parsley, sour cabbage, lemon. Deficiency of this vitamin reduces the rate of production of antibodies, and its sufficient intake of food is a guarantee of the development of full-fledged immune cells.

B vitamins contain, seeds, wholemeal bread, nuts, buckwheat, legumes, sprouted cereals, mushrooms, cheese. Nuts, seeds and sprouted grains contain vitamin E - an antioxidant, protecting the cells from damage. Another source of vitamin E is unrefined vegetable oil.

Food
Full proteins: meat, fish, legumes. Meat or fish should be eaten every day, but beans, peas or lentils can be consumed 1-2 times a week;

Vegetables, fruits and berries. Carrots, beets, cabbage, beans, radish, red pepper, pomegranates, raisins, prunes, chokeberry, dried apricots, apples, red grapes, cranberries, nuts, horseradish, garlic, onions, as well as red grape wine, juices with pulp (grape , beet, tomato, pomegranate);

Seafood. Unsaturated fatty acids, contained in fish and seafood, greatly increase the body's defenses. But prolonged heat treatment destroys useful substances. The most preferred are squid and sea kale;

Products containing potassium. Most of it in potatoes baked in a uniform, in apricots, nuts, buckwheat and oatmeal;

Fermented milk products: especially those that contain live bacteria. A variety of biochetohirs and bio-yoghurt boosts the production of interferon, so boldly drink them and even use them for dressing salads and cold soups. The methionine contained in them promotes the excretion of radionuclides from the body;

Green tea is the best way to remove radionuclides from the body.

Probiotics
It is useful to eat more foods that increase the growth of beneficial bacteria in the body. They are known as "probiotic" foods and include onions and leeks, garlic, artichokes and bananas on their list.

Gifts of nature
Natural natural remedy, which increases immunity, are: echinacea, ginseng, licorice, eleutherococcus, magnolia vine. Take herbal infusions and decoctions.

Hardening
Swimming, dousing and contrasting shower will help you to get stronger. The alternation of high and low temperatures is a wonderful training of the immune system. Sauna has an excellent hardening effect. If there is no possibility to go to a sauna, an ordinary contrast shower is suitable. Do not forget to vigorously rub the body with a wet washcloth or a rough towel after the shower.

Relaxation
After coming home from work, lie down on the sofa, close your eyes, and try to think about something pleasant, breathing deeply and smoothly. You can turn on soft music. This perfectly removes the fatigue accumulated during the day and does not give stress to defeat immunity.
