Is it hot in your place?

It's pretty damn hot where I am. I have my computer on all day, and the small AC meant to cool one room is "trying" to cool the the whole apartment with 4 rooms.

It would be pretty decent if I was close to the AC. But I'm not. I'm at the other end opposite to the AC. I am in the living room, and the AC is in the kitchen. In my case if you can't handle the heat, you want to stay in the kitchen instead of getting out of the kitchen :P

At least the AC is "cooling" the apartment in general. I know it would be a lot more hot and muggy if I didn't have an AC at all, and only relied on open windows on this 3rd floor apartment. Technology is good :)

Sort:

It is hot as hell here. It has been between 100 and 110 for the last few weeks and the AC can only do so much.

Holy whipper snappers! Yeah, when it was around that one or two days at 32-34 C and 42 humidity, the kitchen was still not quite cool lol

It's hot. In my younger days I thoughted I hated air conditioning, now it saves my life.

Hated it eh? Always in the pool with no use for the AC? hehe

I live at the equator so it's certainly not chilly...

Hehe, yeah, calmer summers int eh west is nice to have :)

It's hot every day here in India :D

+32C here in Oslo, Norway....:)...

Ah, similar to here. I thought it would be cooler ;)

Temperature records all over Europe. In my country, all stations report definitely above average or even record results throughout the last month. I am glad the researchers were able to bust another argument of global warming deniers - that it is a natural cycle and human's impact is minimal. It is the fastest global warming ever and it affects the whole planet at once for the first time.

I recall last summer being hotter. I was drenching in sweat at times. This year is manageable.

I read in news there are records in Belgium, Netherland, Germany, France's Paris and Czech Republic. You must be lucky you probably weren't in either country :)

Was hot here to yesterday, 32c outside. We rarely get this heat, normally not over 25c, so I down own an AC 😅

Enough water, and just waiting for the night cooling.

I find at night it gets hotter than in the day. It's odd...

It's so hot here. There's a considerable amount of humidity in the air and it feel like the AC is on but not really cooling much.

Yup, AC blowing wind, but not too cool :/

Seasonal here with 20+C summer days. Feelin for you, though, Bro.
