Car polishing
For some time now, I have been working in a car detailing studio with my friend. If you want your car to be clean, shiny and protected, we are the guys to make it happen.
First step of car detailing is washing. The car needs to be super clean and grease and tar-free. This is achieved by using different chemicals including snow foam, acid and grease cleaner. Everything needs to be clean, including the rims and inside of the rims as well. After it is washed, the surface of the car has to be super dry, so compressor and special towels are used.
Now that it is clean, it is ready for step two. We use polishing clay and sand paper to clean all the excess marks and tears, before blowing all the water and dust away, and continuing to polish the car.
For step three - actual polishing of the car - we use polishing machines and polishing paste. This is long and thorough process as all the marks have to disappear and the car has to be shiny. This can take up to few days depending on the surface damage. Windows, front and tail lights and rims are being polished as well.
And sometimes you just have to take a break and reflect on your work :)
After the polishing is complete, the car is washed again to remove all the polishing paste dust. When the car is dried with towels, it is time for the last step. A coat of car wax is put on the whole lacquer to get that extra shine out, and the tires are coated with a special gel for protection.
That's it folks! If you like this article, I will write one about nano-ceramic coating of cars! For the very end here are some of the cars I made look awesome!
Hope you enjoyed!
Much love,
