📷 OneBreathOnePhoto #10 - ONE photo of ONE moment on ONE breath of air
Hello dear Steemian friends! Welcome to the 10th episode of:
#OneBreathOnePhoto
As some of you may know, two of the things that I'm deeply passionate about besides travelling, is Freediving and Photography. Freediving is a practice of diving underwater without a tank or any other breathing apparatus, gliding through the watery abyss on a single breath of air with nothing but you and nature.
Watching these guys swim was like watching a live orchestra. The fishes, the dolphin, and humans danced around in perfect harmony. It sounded beautiful too.

Beautiful @kuenok. Symphony in blue. Upvoted.
Thank you for the support lighteye, much appreciated!
You can dive deep, I remember a friend from the island could dive twice as deep as I could about 50 feet down, free swim.
I still have a long way to call myself a deep diver but I think I can dive enough to have fun with these guys :)
Thanks for visiting again @flybendor!

Congrats for your photo, this is so beautiful! I was also thinking of starting Freediving . Any tips for a begineer? :)
Thanks @adriancazacu, yes Im so happy to hear that you are interested in trying! There are tonnes of youtube vids out there so you can even start there, but im pretty sure you will be able to find a freediving course near you to learn the basics and the safety aspects first and foremost before venturing out on your own journey into this interesting world. AIDA & SSI are popular and reputable for taking the course :) And lastly you will hear this a lot, but the best tip is to 'never dive alone'. Looking forward to your progress!
Wonderful shot, I love the dolphin in it. :)
Thanks as always @rockjon! dolphins are so super awesome! 🐬
They definitely are. I believe there are a couple cultures out there that believe they are lucky.
Dolphin and fish - this is amazing! Do you have photos of whales as well?
Up and resteemed.
Thank you Kalemandra, yes i do have more photos of the whales, which I was thinking to upload on wednesdays to celebrate the weekly 'hump'day :)
oh wow! will follow you to see more! you're probably the only one doing his sport in steemit :)
Thank you immorojas, your follow is much appreciated! And since Philippines is an awesome place for diving, you should totally give it a go :)
I will once i've learnt to swim..i can only float.
Have you done it in the Philippines? Where can ypu recommend for my friends abroad to go to??
Oh my i think there are heaps of hidden gems in the thousands of islands that make up the country! I have been to Panglao Island in Cebu, beautiful clear blue waters, and deep water just from shore making it a perfect haven for freedivers. This is actually where they host an annual freediving competition, and it's getting more and more popular these days with ever increasing tourism :)
Hmmm..i will mention Panglao thanks. Ever been to Dumaguete?
No i have not, but i just googled a little about it, looks awesome <3
Apparently. Siargao is surfing, am not so sure with diving.
