Good day food lovers!

Salvaro or Cassava Crisp is very famous in Philippines. It's crunchiness is the best that almost all the kids will love to buy it plus its caramelized toppings. It is usually made up of ground cassava.

But today, I will be sharing you my own version of Salvaro using only 3 affordable ingredients.

✨INGREDIENTS✨

  • Lumpia Wrapper
  • Condense Milk
  • Cooking Oil

✨THE PROCESS✨

Step 1:

Put the frying pan on the stove, and let it heat.

Step 2:

Put an amount of cooking oil in it and let it boil.

Once it is boiled already, put a piece of lumpia wrapper on the boiled cooking oil. Wait until it turns golden brown.

And there it is, my own version of salvaro is now ready to serve you. Since I don't have chocolate syrup, I just use condense milk. And yez, it is so delicious and crunchy.

Thanks to my sis-in-law who gave me an idea on how to made this. Whenever I saw someone selling this, I buy immediately. But as of this moment, right after the pandemic, I seldom saw this product. Good thing, my sis-in-law discovered how to make similar to the taste of the common salvaro.

You can try this at home steemians, and I will tell you you will not regret making it.
