UTAN BISAYA SA KABUNTAGON
Good day steemians!
Today, another cooking tutorial I will be sharing to you especially to the foreign nationalities here. This recipe is so common here in Philippines. Aside from it is delicious, it is as well healthy. I cook this one because of my preggy sis who needs this so she can deliver a healthy baby and will have plenty of breastmilk.
Let's start!
✨INGREDIENTS:✨
- mixed veges
- water
- onion
- onion leaves
- salt
- magic sarap
- ajinomoto
- fried fish
✨PROCEDURE:✨
Step 1:
Put half caserole of water then let it boil for 3-5 minutes then put the ginger and onion. If you want, you can also put green chili.
Step 2:
The put the fried fish. In this time, since I only had 3 sliced fish so I just slice it into pieces.
Step 3:
After 5-10 minutes or if you can smell its aroma, you can now put the mixed vegetables. Then simmer it for 5-10 minutes again or until it will get soft. It is best if you will add malunggay and other leafy veges and since I havent bought any so I just dont put some leaves. Then you can now add some salt, ajinomoto and magic sarap depending on your palatability.
And this is now my simple yet yummy and healthy utan bisaya (vegetable soup). If you want to taste it then try to follow the easy steps on how to make it.
