Fiction Comp - Entrants Submissions - #2 Week 2
Hello to all Fiction writers and Steemians!
Welcome to the 2nd fiction writing competition week 2.
We have some wonderful stories submitted for judging in this round of competition. I was expecting more submissions by the deadline but this is also good. It makes things easier and also allows me ample time to focus on other things. But rest assured as Fiction Comp grows...we will have more and more writers taking part and hopefully a surplus of stories for you to read. :)
Compared to the first fiction comp, our pot sure has grown and is currently at 3.328 SBD for the winner.

Suffering from depression...a man feels that the world is no longer worth living for and decides to jump off a high place to end it all. As he hits the ground with his eyes closed, he feels a powerful splash hit him and wakes up to find in his own way that he is 10 years old again.
There were three writers who took part in this round of the competition and they did a wonderful job of breathing life into the prompt with their ability. I have given each one of them my upgoat for your efforts and I wish them all the best of luck with the competition.
Ten Again, A short story by @things. The story of an investment broker who sacrificed his entire life making money. He thought he had it all but did he? Can money bring us happiness? Read to find out more.
Catching Winds by @larzgraveuswrath. The tale of an old man who lives on in bitter memory of his loved ones all long gone. He remembers an old sailor's tale of rebirth his wife used to tell him and decides to take a leap of faith. Will his faith be rewarded?
Back to the Beginning by @p3paula. A failed marriage, the death of his parents, the loss of his job forces a man to turn his back on life. Believing no one will miss him, he takes his own life. But it seems that fate has more in store for him.
Please show our contestants some of your love fellow readers. They have done an amazing job at bringing us some new stories to read. There can never be enough upgoats to go around so do give them some :).
The submissions are open for judging now and everyone can vote for their favorite piece. I will see you all at the end of the week with the news of who our winner is. Thank you for reading and have a wonderful time folks.
Good luck contestants and cheers! Keep up the great work :)
Much love from me to you all <3 !

I'm so bummed that I missed this contest, this prompt is something I feel like I could totally write something good for! But good luck to those three writers who participated, it looks like it's gonna be quite the payout! I hope to participate in your next contest!
Thank you for the terrific post..
