Updates and an interesting turn of events..

Yesterday was pretty interesting to say the very least!!

I woke up at 11:00 am (the time I would normally be just waking up) to loud knocking at the door. When I got upstairs, there were 3 police officers standing at my door from the police department saying that there was a welfare check made this morning by CPS for my daughter. I asked them if it was CPS or if it was actually someone reporting to CPS, because there was no reason for CPS to do random welfare checks.

Turns out, it was a civilian who called CPS to report me, which I thought it was rather coincidental that the report happened to take place shortly after I ordered the Order Of Protection against my housemate/landlord.. I made sure to tell the officers about the order of protection and that I suspected the person I have the order against of using CPS as a 3rd party to violate the Order of Protection. So he didn't have to take the court ordered psyche eval that I am requesting the courts proceed with due to his predatory targeting scheme against my family after I refused to go on a date with him in February (I am married).

The guy in question is not related to my daughter or myself by blood or family.. In fact he has been telling everyone else that he thinks he is responsible for caring for my daughter when I have told him numerous times that he is NOT her father and will NEVER be her father..

Today, after confirmation I took appropriate action and told the police department that he is using local authorities to harass us through a third party once I acquired evidence through text from a friend who showes me the text and screenshot the message where he pretends and makes up lies, then gloats about calling in a welfare check..

After speaking to a very kind police officer on the phone, he told me to stop by the office later this week to pick up copies of the report for court. I am getting really sick of this guy sticking his nose in places it doesn't belong and fabricating lies to people to make himself look like the victim. The police officer pretty much laughed and said it is very common for people to victimise themselves and fabricate reports to try to make the other party look guilty so they can over step the order. I also spoke with many other people today in the county building and they advised me to just keep track of the incident and bring it to the attention of the court as a false police report.

Anyway.. I am going to share this link with all of my posts and updates as well as update my other social media sources about these incidents. This whole drama episode of asshole vs my family put me behind schedule by 3 hours today 😐
