Note: This equation occurred to me when developing this publication.
The key is Education.
Throughout the years, the subject of education has always been individually, because everyone who has learned and now teaches believes it is correct. Although several brothers at home are taught the same values and discipline, they will always make a difference in the understanding and behavior of each one.
There are countries that for long generations have followed in a disciplined way patterns of behavior, which since the child is born are taught, for example there are great differences in discipline with respect to one country with another. Here is the matter; that society is prepared to face situations, such as an earthquake or the reality lived today worldwide such as the pandemic.
Abide by rules.
When complying with the rules that must be followed to protect yourself, for whom is it more difficult? I personally think that it is more complicated to abide by rules for less educated and undisciplined people. Those countries that have not dedicated much to preparing people to face atypical situations, suffer more from the consequences, ultimately pointing everything to education.
It is natural that no person wants to be interrupted suddenly from their normal routine, that creates nerves and a fear of facing that for some is more complicated than for others. Some people refuse to change, open their minds and understand what is happening, worse still abide by the rules, they must keep in mind that it is to protect themselves.
Discipline for education.
Isolation, wearing a face mask, keeping distance, pausing social life for many, this has been difficult to fulfill, it may be due to unbelievers, ignorance or finally their behavior, form and lifestyle, but I summarize it in lack of discipline for lack of education and conviction.

It condenses the message of the post, and very accurate, justified, thanks for sharing this. There are realities in each country, they have different cultures even if they are next to each other, there are consistent variations. Even within the same country we can see great variations, but as you say, the result will be the same if there is no logical, social education that is also maintained over time...
Very good reflection friend, education is the basis of many things and as you say comes from home, but particularly I think that only one part comes from home because the moment we are aware of our own life and know what is right and what is not, and passes into our hands to have or not have certain values, education, be a better human being, be a good person.
Hmm... This actually made me remember the saying of Nelson Mandela when he said "Be the change you want to see in the world" and I believe this post really made that quote more explicit. We can really make our society great if we are truly ready to change what is inside of ourselves dealing with our behavior and character by impacting our society positively.

Living in ever larger societies it is impossible to act individually. We are social citizens, we must live together with others, therefore respect and education are fundamental.
It is just as you say in your beautiful sentence: the sum of individual behavior will be the result of social behavior.
I hope that we will all emerge better from this unexpected crisis, with the awareness that it is necessary to respect the rules to protect ourselves but also the people around us. My compliments for your interesting post.

Although the point of this video is a bit different, the message is the same. We keep complaining about society and wanting a miracle but we don´t make any effort to teach the future generation... because they are the only hope to fix the society, it has to come from within.

The particular behavior of each person is extremely important to society because it reflects directly (and indirectly) on the changes that can (and will) happen. We are a set of changes in constant transformation.
