  1. Exercise. Do some push-ups, go for a run, or do your favorite ab exercise. It doesn't matter if you exercise for 2 minutes or 1 hour, the important thing is that you do it. Countless studies have shown how starting your day with a workout improves your mood and ability to perform.
  1. Read or Write. Reading can help chase away stress and give you a peaceful start to your morning. Mornings tend to be the quietest time when you can truly focus and learn away from the daily distractions.

I just recently started to meditate. i started with 5 minutes every morning and I must say even those 5 minutes made complet difference in my day and mind as well. Great tips. Thanks for sharing.

Doing some light exercise in the morning is what i do.

Read and write and meditation will try them as well.
