Indian Traditional Sweet BANDHAR LADDU

Hi,Friends from today onwards I give Indian Traditional Desert. From this I give today BANDHAR LADDU.It is even known as THOKKUDU LADDU.It is very famous in Andhra Pradesh.It is very tasty sweet.

 Before go to the recipe I give some information about it.let's go

     It is authentic. Bandar laddu has been enlisted in the Geographical Indication Registry in nourishment classification. The Brundavanapura Bandar Laddu Manufacturer's Welfare Association drove by its leader Gowra Venkateswara Rao of Mallayya Sweets has been credited in gaining the GI tag for the 'Bandar Laddu'. 

   No less than 250 families are occupied with the specialty of making the laddu in Machilipatnam. Bengal gram flour, jaggery syrup and ghee are fundamental fixings that are utilized to set up the sweet. Presently, the creation of laddu was topographically constrained to then Machilipatnam Taluk, which contains territories including Pedana, Guduru and Nidumolu in Krishna region. 

Source from Rajasthan :-

   The source of the sweet could be followed from the Rajputs of Rajasthan. Local people have learnt the specialty of setting up the laddu from Rajput families, who had moved to Machilipatnam from Bundelkhand in Rajansthan after the 1857 Sepoy uprising. 

      The Rajputs are presently known as 'Bondilis' in Machilipatnam. 

   From now, the Bandar laddu will get another logo that was acknowledged by the Geographical Indication Registry specialists. 

 As per a sworn statement presented by the Mr. Venkateswara Rao, every year 10,000 kg of laddu is being traded to U.S., U.A.E., also.

Now we go the recipe. :-

INGREDIENTS. :-

  • Besan/Gram flour. : 1 kg

  • Suger. : 2 kg

  • Oil. : 1 kg

  • Ghee : 1/4 kg

  • Cardamom. : 10

  • Pacha karpooram. : a pinch

  • Cashew nuts. : 10 -15

  • Griddle. : for preparing chaktalu

Hear I given all ingredients with images,now we understand what ingredients needed. Now we go to processor.

PREPARATION. :-

STEP. 1 :-

 For this first we  blend gram flour with water with medium thickness.pls follow bellow image

STEP 2 :-

Then we Heat oil in a dish, mean while
Embed thick senagapindi glue into chakrala gidde .

STEP 3 :-
Then we slowly leave chakralu into oil, broil them till it turns yellow shading.

STEP 4 :-
After getting ready full chakralu, mix them in to smooth powder.For this pls follow given images.

STEP 5 :-

   Then we heat 2 kg panchadara, 50 gms bellam in 1/2 ltr water, reamin it for 10min after air pockets come.for this pls follow given image.

STEP 6 :-

 Then we  off the stove, include mixed powder, squeeze of pacha karpooram, yelukalaka powder, neyyi to paakam.for this pls follow given images.

STEP 7 :-

  Then we mix completely, take that blend in little amounts in a vessel and blend it well once more.

STEP 8 :-

  Let it cool, apply little ghee to your hand and set it up fit as a fiddle like laddu

wow this is a very different recipe indeed ! thanks so much for sharing though a bit hard to follow with many instructions added in that were cut off , but the step by step photos were awesome ! upped and resteemed , good luck ! if you enter a recipe again next week maybe just add some posiitive vibes or words / message with it ! hope this helps you ,! 👌✌👍😀
