pav bhaji recipe
Very popular and delicious start food. It mad with mixing different vegetables with all Indian spices. After making Bhaji they serve with soft bread.

Its combination is simply super. For preparing Bhaji there is a lot of styles, but today I gave my style.
My style is very simple and took very little time compared to other styles, so must try my friends.
In this dish, we add different vegetables for preparing Bhaji so it's a very nutritious food too.
In this dish, we add plenty of butter 🧈 , from this only we get rich tasty to this dish.
Now I share the needed ingredients for this dish.
Ingredients:-
Butter: 50 to 70 grams
Peas: 1 small cup
Tomato: 1 cup
Potato: 500 grams
Onion: 1/2 cup
Capsicum: 1/2 cup
Garlic paste: 1/2 teaspoon
Food Colour: 1/2 teaspoon
Salt: as required
Green Chilli paste: 1 tablespoon
Pav Bhaji Masala: 2 tablespoon
Kashmir Mirchi powder: 1 tablespoon
Water: As required
Fennel seeds: 1/2 tablespoon
Chilli powder: 1 tablespoon
Lemon Juice: 2 tablespoon
Coriander leaves: 1/4 cup.
Preparation
- First chop all veggies into smaller pieces.


- Then boil potatoes, tomatoes and peas on put in a vessel. You can put up to 5 to 6 vessels. Even we can add cauliflower too if you wish.

- Now after cool down pressure, smash all veggies using a smasher.

Now heat a pan on adding butter.

Add fennel seeds, onions and capsicum to it. Fry up to 3 minutes in a medium flame.


- Now add all spices to it along with the required salt too. Fry for up to 2 minutes in a low flame.


Now add smashed veggies mix to it, now add required water too. Then mix well.

Now add coriander leaves, lemon juice and mix well.

Just cook another 5 minutes, then check its taste. If any needed add it as per your requirement.
Now it's ready to serve.

Now Bhaji is ready, but our complete dish is not yet finished.
We need to serve this Bhaji with soft toasted pav.
So now we need to toast pave with butter. For this need first I but raw pav from the outside market.

Now cut ✂️ that pave into 2 pieces.

Now heat a pan on applying butter just toast these pavs like this.

Now serve this hot pav with bhaji on garnishing with onions and lemon.

Now tasty, delicious Pav Bhaji is ready to eat.
