Hi friends, I am Lavanya from India, a Housewife. Welcome back to my Food Diary.
Here is my today food diary. I am a complete vegetarian so my menu is always filled with colourful vegetables. Hope all of you like it
Morning:-
For today's breakfast needs I prepare Pal Pongal With Kara Chutney
Pal Pongal generally we prepare during Pongal festival but in my home, it's one of the kids favourites so when they wish we prepare.
It is very different from even Pongal by adding milk alone we prepare this dish.
A very delicious and heavy dish that's why we prepare for Breakfast needs. This one was not suitable for dinner needs.
Afternoon:-
For Today's lunch needs, I prepare Baby Brinjal Masala curry, Tomato Pappu, rasam and curd.
Tomato Pappu today I prepare in Andhra Style. It took around 30 mi utes to prepare, a lot of processes also there. Soon I give my recipe post. Stay tuned.
By adding peanuts, dry coconut, dhania and other Indian spices I prepare this brinjal masala curry.
All together give a very special taste to us. I enjoyed it a lot. In a week I give its recipe post here.
It's a good choice with rice, ragi ball, idli and dosa too.
Evening:-
In the evening I prepare coffee for myself along with preparing for my family's needs too. Then we enjoy Pani poori.
We but outside. Very tasty and good evening snacks so I enjoyed it.
Dinner:-
For Dinner needs today I prepare chapati with ladyfinger subjii and leftover tomato Pappu.
A good combination for dinner. Very healthy and tasty.
