Sweet mummies with banana and hazelnut cream
On this blog, there are several recipes for Halloween. I have a lot of fun preparing these recipes each time.This morning, I woke up with an idea in my head, took the camera and tried to photograph all the steps.
The recipe is extremely simple, it is completely customizable and can be made both sweet and salty. I chose a very tasty filling with hazelnut and banana cream. You can try it!
For 8 mummies
- 1 roll of rectangular puff pastry paste
- 1 banana
- hazelnut cream
- cane sugar
- Eye making candies
Preparation
Unroll the puff pastry and cut 8 rectangles of about 5x10 cm
Spread over each rectangle 1 teaspoon of hazelnut cream and place 4 thin slices of banana on top.
With the advanced puff pastry cut small strips to make mummy bandages, put the candy to make your eyes and dust with little cane sugar.
Bake at 180° for 15 minutes.
