True, dung beetles deal with manure, but they are just as necessary to nature as bees, for example. Their way of life is far from glamorous, yet they are unconcerned about the rest of the world.

These beetles aren't just found in Africa; they're found all over the world, from South America to the United Kingdom, from South Africa to Finland, and from the United States to Russia. And this isn't just one beetle species; it's a large and diversified family in nature.

The image of a scarab beetle was popular in ancient Egypt. Note the translator ) appeared in a variety of places, including tomb paintings, jewellery, temple walls, and amulets.
