The easiest healthy cauliflower cream soup
This recipe will create a delicate classic soup. You can add a little thyme or your favorite spices to it, then it will come out even tastier.

Soup ingredients
- Cauliflower 1500 g
- Bow 1-2 pieces
- Garlic 1-2 cloves
- Vegetable oil 1-2 tbsp. spoons
- Vegetable broth or water 1 L
- Salt taste
- Ground black pepper taste
- Cream 60-80 ml
Can add
- Thyme 2-3 branches

Preparation
one. Disassemble the cabbage into small inflorescences. Chop the onion into small pieces, chop the garlic.
2 ․ Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Fry the onion for 5-6 minutes, add the garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
3 ․ Put the cabbage, thyme sprigs and salt and pepper in the same saucepan.
four. Pour in broth, bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes.
five. Remove the soup from the stove and remove the thyme sprigs. Leave for about 10 minutes, then blend with a hand blender.
6 ․ Pour the cream into the soup and stir. Return to the stove and cook, stirring occasionally, over low heat for a few more minutes.
