Beef noodles at Hoka Brew - Baguio City

We are back to this place but it is for noodles this time. We usually come here for breakfast and I enjoy it a lot. I love the ambiance and how you get an almost 360 view.

This time, we went here for dinner.

The bar has a lovely wam feel to it. The lighting was just lovely to look at.

We ordered beef noodles. I am curious how it would be like. They had a mongolian buffet at that time but we don't feel up to it. It would be interesting to try next time.

They changed the display of paintings but there are still a few from previous.

Our order arrived a few minutes later.

Their noodles consists of a few ingredients. The beef is well cooked. The noodles are cooked just right. Although it was not that salty, too much msg were put in there. It let me thirsting for water long after our meal. Not what I was expecting since I like their breakfast meal here a lot which left a good impression on me.

Just thinking about the food makes my throat feel parched and dry. It is not something I will be ordering again. If I did, I would request for lesser flavors or whatever they put in the mix.

Ambiance is 5. I like the warmth of the place morning or night. They had a live band that night which is a nice background. Price and food is 2.5 this time. Although quantity is a lot but quality needs improvement. It is affordable but for its price you can get a better and delicious noodle some place else. Staff and service is 5. It was a quick service.

Hoka Brew is located at The Podium Botique Hotel along Marcos Highway just across St. Peter Memorial Chapel about four kilometers from city proper
