Campfire Keto
I love cooking over the fire at the cabin!
The old heavy duty skillet and old heavy duty grill (handed down from Jay's grandfather)
are my favorite campfire cooking tools!
Medium-rare prime rib steaks with mushrooms and onions.
St.Louis style pork steaks and fried broccoli with butter flavored coconut oil (it tastes just like movie theater butter)
Hot dogs, burgers and fried cauliflower with the butter flavored coconut oil.
Bacon, egg and cheese sandwich on a smoked farmer sausage bun.
Fried chicken scraps (fat&skin pieces). Topped with the butter flavored coconut oil and salt
Beef riblets.
Bowl of my chicken bone broth/soup

You need to make a post for a newbie to follow. I am thinking because of my PCOS and sugar and meat issues this maybe the best for me. Seems easier then a “mediterranean diet” my doc said I need to be on.
