Bireuen Deputy Regent Leads the Last RKPK Musrenbang at Simpang Mamplam.
Bireuen Deputy Regent (Wabup), Ir Razuardi, MT led the Musrenbang of the Regency Government Work Plan (RKPK) for 2026 at the Pandrah District level, Simpang Mamplam, Samalanga on the last day, Monday (17/3/2025) morning at the Simpang Mamplam District Multipurpose Building, Bireuen Regency, Aceh Province.
The deliberation of the development plan was also attended by the Deputy Speaker of the Aceh DPR, Ir H Saifuddin Muhammad, members of the DPRK, heads of departments, agencies, offices, sub-district heads and hundreds of participants from three sub-districts.
Simpang Mamplam Sub-district Head, Hendri Maulana representing two other sub-district heads in the report conveyed several priority programs for Samalanga Sub-district, namely in the infrastructure sector.
Samalanga River Embankment/Jetty proposed for APBN, continuation of widening of two-lane road Simpang Matang - Samalanga City proposed for APBA, construction of Mesjid Baro - Namploh Baro road proposed for APBK.
Next, the economic sector is assistance for agricultural tools/machines, and the socio-cultural sector is assistance for scholarships for the poor, detailed the Sub-district Head who continued the priority program of Simpang Mamplam Sub-district, namely.
Simpang Ujong Raja, Simpang Tambu road section, Simpang Mamplam Sub-district to Pandrah Sub-district, Simpang Mamplam - Krueng Meuseugop road, Ie Rhob road, Rheum - Sangso road, Simpang Mamplam - Samalanga Sub-district.

The Deputy Speaker of the Aceh DPR, Ir H Saifuddin Muhammad, familiarly called Ayah Fud, hoped that the Bireuen RKPK Musrenbang would also focus on proposing the continuation of abandoned development such as three large irrigation systems that have been built for dozens of years and are still not ready.
First, the Aneuk Gajah Rheut irrigation in Peudada Sub-district, the Mon Seuke Pulot irrigation in Peusangan Siblah Krueng Sub-district, and the Alue Grutut Irrigation in Makmur Sub-district, including the continuation of the construction of the Regional Hospital in Gampong Cot Buket, Peusangan Sub-district.
