Thousands of Bireuen Residents Break Fast with the Regent.

Thousands of Bireuen residents from various backgrounds attended the breaking of the fast event with the Regent and Deputy Regent at the Meuligoe Yard of the Bireuen Regent, Friday, 3/21/2025.

On that occasion, dozens of orphans were also given assistance. The Regent and Deputy Regent of Bireuen Regency, H Mukhlis, ST - Ir H Razuardi, MT and related officials, handed over assistance to 90 orphans in a gathering and breaking of the fast activity with the Regional Government and community elements.

The community arrived at the activity location since 17.00 WIB. Employees, committees and heads of SKPK were present first to prepare tables and menus for breaking the fast carried out by the Bireuen Regency Government.

The guests, including orphans, were greeted by the committee and directed to various seats that had been provided.

The event was also attended by the Deputy Chairperson of the Aceh Provincial DPRA, Forkopimda elements, the Regional Secretary of Bireuen Regency, Chairperson of the Bireuen Regency TP PKK, Chairperson of the Bireuen DPRK, Acting Regional Secretary of Bireuen, Assistant to the Bireuen Regional Secretariat, expert staff of the Regent, sub-district heads, village heads and thousands of other invitees.

The committee provided a variety of drink and food menus for breaking the fast and also prepared boxed rice for the guests.

The Regent of Bireuen, H Mukhlis ST, in his speech, among others, emphasized the importance of re-establishing ties in the holy month of Ramadan.

H Mukhlis invited all elements of society to make Ramadan a momentum to strengthen brotherhood, forgive each other, and build a more advanced Bireuen in the next five years.

"Ramadan is a moment full of blessings.

Let's take advantage of this holy month to strengthen ties, strengthen unity, and together build our region to be even better," said H Mukhlis.

The Regent of Bireuen appreciated the maturity of the Bireuen community in democracy, especially in the implementation of last year's Pilkada which took place safely and conducively.

"We should be grateful because the Bireuen community is increasingly mature in politics. The Pilkada we have passed peacefully and together is a great capital for the progress of our region," he continued.

The Regent of Bireuen, H Mukhlis added, synergy between the government and the community is very important in realizing sustainable development.

He hopes that the spirit of togetherness during Ramadan can continue to be maintained for the progress of Bireuen.

"The presence of thousands of residents shows high enthusiasm in strengthening social relations and strengthening unity in this blessed month, he said.
