I haven't been back to Steemit for a while. So picking up where I left of, I'm posting the completed painting, of which I posted a progress shot some time ago.
The painting is now framed and has a home with one of my keenest collectors. It was a win win, as he is very happy to have in his collection, and I too am very happy with this, as he has most of the works in this series. Therefore, they are all in one place and not distributed in a diaspora.
I've started adding quotes to the paintings to elucidate some of the idea or concept behind them. It explains enough, without me having to go into detail. Thus I spend a bit of time looking for a quotation that fits and allows people to build a "picture" in their own mind.
This work is one of the best from 2016, and is part of my continuing development of figurative artwork. There are many more to come.

Most excellent post deserving an upvote and a half! Here you go, now I'll also follow your work the thought process you use is similar to what I do with the future of my picture sharing, I take a shot then I add up a quote or simply write my own thoughts on it and where the vision of the picture comes from. Magnificent work! Namaste :)

The quote you used pairs perfectly with your painting - and together they perfectly describe what I feel.
@bitsy thanks, it expresses part of my current introspection. I've been finding the quotes more easily express my thoughts along with the painting.
