Light vegetable carrot cream soup (my version of the recipe)
There are many different recipes for soup. I will share my own version. Carrot cream soup will delight you with its color, taste and a bit of time to cook. The soup is rich in vitamin A, vitamin of youth and beauty. Soup on a positive mood! I love the spices and seasonings. This soup with turmeric, coriander and sesame seeds.

What you need for the soup
Ingredients:
500-750ml water
2-3 small potatoes
2 large carrots
1medium onion
50g butter
1 teaspoon of sea salt (you can according to your taste)
1 teaspoon turmeric
Number of Servings: 4
Step 1
Cook in water, peeled and diced randomly potatoes, carrots, onions. Take out onion
Step 3
Use a blender to make the a puree of vegetables. Add the butter. The second part of the butter melt in a pan and add the spices turmeric and coriande, and sea salt, add vegetable broth.
Of carrot cream soup is ready!
The soup has a rich taste of carrot.
You can add the 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and sprinkle the sesame seeds. Some amount of sour cream and make art
For rich creamy taste before sautéing the vegetables with spices.
Vegetables, orange and red color (carrots, pumpkin) contains the most carotene. Carotene is able to be converted to retinol (vitamin A is necessary to us) only when there are fat. For the assimilation of these useful carotene orange vegetables is better to prepare a pre-saute in butter and add to the soup at the end of the preparation of fatty cream.
