I have been observing the happenings in this notable commuinty for quite sometime now. I must say it's really a very hard and tough time for everyone including the founder of this commuinty @milakz.

I wouldn't act like I don't know about the accusations/allegations laid against the founder by @daytona457,who use to be one of our very own MOD and the measures taken by @endingplagiarism. Let me take my time to commend your activity in the steem ecosystem which is very appreciable but I would love to suggest that @milakz should be given the benefit of sharing her own part of the story before measures are taken against her or the community. I believe it's the way things are done. Before certain actions are taken against an accused, the accused should at least be given a fair hearing to share his or her own part of the story. I stand to be corrected if am wrong as I'm just trying to view things from a better and more neutral standpoint.

I am not here to justify or speak in favour of the accused,my take is that both party should be allowed to share their part of the story to get a balanced perspective of the whole story. Although am an MOD in this commuinty who receives fair treatment just like everyone else in this commuinty. So am not writing on the premise of some kind of preferential treatment given to me in this commuinty. We all get support based on the content we produced and the roles assigned to us. My take on this issue is for a fair hearing from @milakz only then can we have a clear picture of what really transpired. The whole story is still one sided, hearing from the other party will then give us a balanced picture which can then inform the next line of action.

I just hope it is not too much to ask everyone interested in this case. I also want to mention that this community has been a major source of support to many, hundreds of people if not more are supported weekly using the commuinty trail and the power gotten from delegation made to the community.

There is really a huge plan of making this commuinty stand out as one of the best in the steem ecosystem but as it stands right now it's now been altered, many of our delegators have removed their delegations because of the fear of the unknown.

I would love to plead with everyone who has taken up Interest in this case to carefully consider the effect of dissuading people from being active in this commuinty. Logically,it's not a plus to the the steem ecosystem as a lot of user earn a living by posting educative and helpful contents daily in this commuinty.

It is man to err.... sometimes we make mistakes, sometimes we might have overlooked thing we shouldn't have. Am saying this with respect to our club status. It's good to check ones status all the time but there are other time you make post and not know you're no more in club50 because you thought you powered up lately. It a lot trying to cash out and also catch up with your club status especially when your basic source of livelihood is from this platform but one still has to if one really wants the growth of this platform.

In a nutshell let us carefully look into this issue and not conclude in a haste nor make decisions that can ultimately pull down this thriving commuinty. I will also be looking forward to hearing from @milakz as touching this whole issue,I want to believe she is preparing something to clear the air.

Thanks for your time.

You have said it all @lhorgic.
Skillshare is one community that have really been helpful to steemians both financially and in acquisition of new skills.

The unpleasant news we heard came as a shock to every active members in this community and most of us were caught between the dilemma of withdraw support from the community or continue supporting the community.

No doubt the action and stunt pulled by @endplagiarism triggered alot and have no doubt ceased the growth of this community.

Judging from a factual standpoint and democratic stance,I believe for this matter to be considered fair, the founder of this community should have been consulted maybe privately where her own side of the story will be heard before a conclusion is drawn.

And if truly she is guilty of the allegations leveled against her then the necessary purnishment can be melted out on her and the other accused and not totally paralyzing the already standing community as a whole.i believe there are various way to purnish her without it having a negative effect on the community.

Yes she is the founder, but I can boldly say she is not the entirely the owner of the community because every members here are making sure to contribute their own quota to the development of the community so by this,it is safe to say that we all are the owner of the community because we also benefit from it,and once it goes down,we all are also on the losing side.

This writeup will also not be complete if I fail to acknowledge and recognize the effort of @endplagiarism and @daytona457 for doing their jobs as expected on the steemit platform. With you guyz around,I believe the rate of atrocities will be reduced to the minimal and we are glad that you are doing a good job.

I am not taking side with any of the parties,I am only expressing and ventilating my own view about the issue and how it should have been handled.

I just hope the case can be reopen but this time, the two party gets to air their own part of the story before a conclusion is reached.

I might be wrong about what I wrote and I stand to be corrected,I really don't know much about the laws and rules guilding steemit and the procedures to be followed when penalizing culprits but I know it is definitely a fair one.

Thank you
